A builder is involved in the construction process every day. Homes are built in phases and having a variety of contractors return to complete or repair work is normal business. This can lead to builders thinking it’s okay for contractors to return and make repairs after you move in. We believe it’s not okay for contractors to traipse through your brand new home making repairs that should have been made prior to move-in.
